Our Hiring Process
STEP 1: Application
Once we receive your application, if you qualify, a link will be emailed to you to complete an assessment. This will take about 30 minutes. This assessment must be completed to qualify for a phone interview.
STEP 2: Video Chat Interview
You will have a quick video chat with our hiring manager to get to know you better. If you do not hear from us for an interview, do not let that discourage you from applying in the future.
STEP 3: Technical Review
Congrats! You made it past the initial interview. The next interview is a bit longer and a lot more technical. This interview will be conducted with the direct manager of the position you applied for.
STEP 4: Trial Day
Depending on the position you applied for, we will have you come in for a trial OR may have you do a virtual lab test. This will give us a better understanding of your experience. This trial is paid and would be anywhere from 2-4 hours.
STEP 5: Formal Offer
We like to be transparent with salary and it will be part of the 1st interview. The formal offer will come immediately after your trial/virtual lab test.
